I do have a job, janitorial at some bank that opened across the interstate.

It's honest work for honest pay. I need it for my resume anyway. I need another two-year job before I'm ready to start a police career. They want reliable workers so they like to see people who can keep a job for over two years.

Yo bud, if you have a car I might suggest working a delivery job of some sort. When I was doing that I met 2 guys working towards being cops(I know one succeeded) we had this cop who would come in and occasionally tell stories about when he worked there, and got pulled over once for a busted headlight and cop was like "Oh yeah I was a driver for 3 years with so-and-so when I was younger"

Maybe it's the driving experience combined with the fact when you're not driving you're running around on your feet with random, fucked up scenarios peppered in.

Start drinking coffee.
