BJJ practitioners will be eager to claim BJJ is the best technique, but BJJ has been significantly deluded by current, sport-based influences. If you could travel back in time and learn legit, combat-based jiu jitsu from a first or second generation gracie, that would be the best martial art. As it is now, BJJ has gotten too soft, no matter how hard people roll in sparring.
