They wouldn't be able to perform maintenance or repairs on them, so they'd enjoy an initial advantage and then lose it.

More advanced so maybe but then 100,000 is a lot and they're tanks, they'd only be able to utilise maybe 2-3 thousand. They'd absolutely destroy everything in tank-to-tank fights but could they get them everywhere? Abrams out of other main battle tanks are particularly vulnerable to infantry though better at tank-to-tank fighting. Could they transport them to other continents? While it would certainly give them a big advantage initially. Allies would soon copy them (to a degree) and reuse downed ones. Tanks alone can't win you a war against most of the world either. You need tech that scales with them, good tanks and outdated (by comparison) everything else wont work well.

If nazi Germany had any tank at the total count of 100000 they'd win the war...
Of course, I'm assuming they are also given manpower with proper training, spare parts, fuel, ammo, etc.
I think a more interesting question would be " What if the Japs were given a Nimitz class in time for Pearl Harbor?"

It would be pretty much impervious to any anti-tank weapons, heavy artillery or airstrikes would be needed to take them down
And that wouldn't be easy

The biggest problem I can see is that 100,000 tanks is basically well over a million people tied up to the tank corps, which will eat fuel like a fat guy eats butter
That is assuming they're all being staffed at the same time, they could just as easily warehouse most of them, but then there's the problem of maintaining warehoused tanks and transporting them to the fronts with a crew

That and the minute they lose a tank they can't replace it with anything nearly as good, and maintenance would be not only expensive but slow since they don't have all the necessary parts

Overall, if they had 100,000 Abrams, they would have a massive advantage and probably do considerably more than they could've done, but in reality if they couldn't secure the means of maintaining and fueling the things they'd just be expensive, dead weight

And given that nazis were forced to literally abandon a considerable percentage of their relatively simple tanks (compared to modern ones like abrams) for mechanical breakdowns, a bunch of them would get fucked by planes and then left behind.

Wouldn't work, Abrams tank requires the internet relay to start the engine to prevent unauthorized access. Thus even having a million Abrams wouldn't help the german cause
