Vikings are often heralded for the fact that they conquered a lot of land. Franks conquered even more land (pic related). But that's not all, the land vikings "conquered" was baren, uninhabited. The regions the franks conquered, were some of the most densely populated areas in europe.

Runestones, akvavit, burial mounds, relics and remnants from longboats, Dannevirke (if the Germans didnt steal it), well documented reports and more on our history as vikings.
I'd say we have a lot, but I wouldnt say a lot of it is prevalent in the daily lives of the modern Dane.

You can only be nordic if you are NORTH germanic. Finnland and Greenland are nordic because historical reasons.
