anyways i really hope they blow kim out the water and have their own democratic govt. but i'd think the chances are slim. i saw this one vid that interviews a nork defector and she says that demonstrations happen in nk but they almost never go nationwide because traveling is heavily restricted and words don't spread fast enough for it to be a real thing.

Kim Jong Un is less tyrannical than his father and is enacting a lot of positive change in the country. It's still a totalitarian shithole, but it's likely that within 50 years it'll go the way of Cuba and China. Communist societies just aren't sustainable.
