Why don't people living in low temp places like Northern Europe and Scandinavia catch colds? Where does this immunity to the microbes of cold come from? Is it because they're really super humans?

proper clothes, proper clothes, and something else.. oh yeah, proper clothes
You just get used to it.
I personally don't understand how people from the south can stand hot weather.
When I was in Turkey my skin burned up in instant.

just because it's called the common cold doesn't mean it has anything to do with actually being cold

... are you kidding? Everyone literally has the sniffles from October through May, you just get used to it and stop giving a shit.

Now, before my fellow nordics starts in on me, I'm just saying that a "cold" could mean anything from a runny nose to influenza.

It's all about the humidity 2bh, southern Nordics humid as fuck all winter, can't even step foot off the train/plane/out of the car there without couching my lungs out. Up north in the cold, crisp and dry air however, it's all good. You get mad cold rashes on your face and hands though (at least I do, but I work outside most of the time)
