winter reflects my life, dark, cold, dry, being able to see light and heat in other people's home from outside but having none inside yours

6 hours of light is perfect. Being able to watch a dark scene in a movie without seeing a reflection of yourself at 16 makes life worth living.

At least the day is bright and the night is dark. But for the entire year, it gets bright at 5am and gets dark at 6pm. Except for the daylight saving time.
