I try to expose myself to uncomfortable heat and cold, I'm comfortable wearing just about anything in weather anywhere from 90 down to 40 F (35-5 C). Beyond that I change clothes, but I can easily live in 110 to -10 F (40 to -20 C). Only beyond that do I start to get uncomfortable.

Just fucking put a bullet in my head, I can stand pretty much any cold but a little higher heat fucking ruins my day.
60F is comfy tier for me.

75 is where I put on pants, and 60 or so is a jacket. I wear the same jacket and jeans combo down to freezing or so though. I just hate it and don't own any other winter clothes because why should I, I live in a desert.

Just because I can handle double-digit negative temperature doesn't mean I have to like it.
Though really, the weather here in the capital is usually pretty mild.
Anything from 25 to 0 can be quite comfy as long as I am dressed appropriately.
Above 25 it gets a bit hard to stay comfy especially if you're doing something exerting.
Below 0 it gets hard to stay warm unless you're jogging or something.
I prefer cold weather because it's easier to get warmer than it is to cool down.

Gulf stream m8. Plus being by the ocean helps in general, really cold places tend to be inland because the ocean stores a lot of warmth. It's like how deserts are really cold at night because they don't retain any warmth, but on a yearly scale.

Anyhow, southern Alaska is actually pretty temperate during the summer, with north Alaska being ok. Winter time and a month worth of darkness is fucking miserable, but I like it.
Oh, also the roads are fairly well maintained there, so that's a plus. Like they say, it's either winter season or road construction season.

* Variable based on humidity
30-34C at 0-10% humidity is perfectly fine in the shade; comfortable even if you have a fan next to you
60% humidity or higher above 30C is about as bad as 40C in terms of comfort
