every year after the main hunting season ends, the number of stray dogs surges which means a lot of troubles since its a rural region (property damage, disapearing chickens and similar lifestock, shit everywhere, lice, lots of noise, etc...).

Not only are theses numbers wrong, but this picture omits that the larger chunk of "your" armada were actually portuguese ships and crew that had already accepted Philip I as the King of Portugal.
