North Korea has nuclear weapon

North Korea has spend every day since the end of the Korean war preparing for an invasion. They know they would lose in the long term against the USA, but their strategy is to make that victory so costly that we don't think it's worth it to engage them in the first place. We don't want another Vietnam. It's basically in everybody's best interests to just contain them and make them shut up with aid.
