Actually there is quite a lot of evidence to say that this empire did actually exist - archaeological evidence shows that Polish influence had big impacts all across the world (if you don't believe me google this) and that Polish influence and artefacts were found concentrated in OP's border picture. The Vatican is ridiculously secretive about this and I have no doubt they have info in relation to it. I know this might seem like a funny meme but there is some strong evidence behind this
