A multi vitamin probably doesn't have enough D3 or B12 in it.
You need like 300% of your daily value. And don't take 3x as many of the multi vitamins to equal it out. You're gonna have to go buy some.

For the testosterone. If you're taking a one a day mens vitamin it should be helping. But testosterone deficiency is normal, and would probably be best treated by a doctor.
