Centres of big cities and tourist areas (like balaton) are first to get whipped up to shape, especially if foreign corps have interest in making money there, that's true.

It's ok. Cities can be fine. Sure every place has painted commie blocks but there's a lot to see as well.

I took this picture 4 days ago while walking through a park to the old town to grab sushi. It's very comfy.

hehe, one of our comedians used to have a popular comedy routine in the 90s as the Czech exchange student Pšemek and his main routine was simply talking with a Czech accent in Slovene, drawing out vowels and putting the nouns into the diminutive. It was a mega hit at the time.
