Days ago, Colombian authorities dismantled a net of corrupt public servants (what a surprise! -_-) handing out Colombian birth certificates to foreigners, mostly people from dubious places like china and middle east, as if they were candies, in exchange of ridiculously low amounts of money, so they could enter easier to Europe, Mexico or USA.
And then, Colombians have the nerve to ask "why do others hate us?!" "why are we 'victims' of unjust treatment abroad?"
It's for things like this. Corruption and bad behavior is not normal abroad unlike it's in Colombia.
