A constitution should just set out how a nation works. The US constitution is retarded, having a whole pile of vague rights that get re-interpreted into law by non-elected officials in the supreme court every few years. What's the point of even having a parliament in this case?

The US Constitution is a great document. It's ensure that the US is the only country in the world where you will always have the right to own a gun and be able to speak your mind without fearing arrest.
