In alpine valleys far away from the major highways there a whole number of tiny villages in the middle of nowhere where maybe 100 or 200 people live. If you just want the world to leave you alone this is the place for you.

rest behind the blue is also really empty, i dont know how many people live there tho

There's actually some very nice places in the sierras, pictured is perfectly located, a couple of hours away from beautiful sunny beaches, gorgeous forests full of snow for half the year, awe inspiring deserts and tropical rainforests.

Germany has a long history of population and even the most desolate spots on the mainland are only a few kilometers from the next settlement, apart from national parks maybe, and even those aren't huge.

The actual most desolate places are probably the countless tiny islands just off the coast in the North Sea which by high tide can't be reached at all and by low tide can only be reached by mud sleds, and usually only feature one farm each.
