Well, we are 119,530,753 people living here..
Take a 15% of indigenous people who doesn't contribute much to the GDP and the people from ages 0 -15 plus 65 and over who are not able to work which represents around 35% of the entire population. It's pretty stupid to think that prices are the same everywhere and everyone uses dollars every day.
Again, nominal GDP is ok to compare different economies, if want to know how rich people are nominal gdp means shit, because prices are very different in different countries. It's pretty naive to measure "richness" by the nominal figure counted in US$ by the current exchange rate.
