The absolute top comfiest is classified, but I've always liked Braga and Coimbra.

The whole Douro margins are also pretty magical, and have been recognised as the best road to drive in, where you can see landscape like this throughout.

Everything else is either horrible, poor, empty, has unpleasant locals, or all four [Wales].

I know this is correct and you cannot make any additions, at least none that are in the north, midlands, or not England.
