I like mayo enough I even make my own, fresh from scratch, whenever I do actually use it (not that frequently I'll admit) I've tasted mayo in Amsterdam it isn't better than that, and I still find it gross to put it on fries. It may be a cultural divide.

I don't like ketchup either and I very rarely use it (corndogs are probably the one exception) I like cheese in my fries, admittedly that means I often eat my fries with nothing on them tho I do go out of my ways to go to places where they've actually got half decent cheese (I've given up on the McDonald's stuff) nothing beats fries with cheese. Chili fries IMHO are the superior way.
