my mom is the best type of italian, her sauce is fuck9ing amazing. but we used to have a friend who was 100% italian and lived up to it (my mom is like 25% italian) his "italian" sauce was fucking tomato chunks and water. i still have nightmares about it. what's funny is he used real tomatoes and my mom uses canned. i don't trust pure italians with food.
