I have some lamb chops like pic related. Tell me how you would prepare/cook them in your country.
Well done until it tastes like a flip flop
Extra rare for me please Sgt. Pembry.
>eating disgusting smelly meat
Throw it in the trash and make some steaks or pork chops.
I'd rather eat a fucking leaf than lamb.
fry the shit out of them with pork lard and make them tacos

Don't listen to the haters
Here's what you buy
>garlic
>oregano
>butter
Cut the garlic clove into little pieces. Stir-fry the garlic and the lamb chop. Add oregano on each side and constantly flip it so both sides are cooked equally. Remember do it on low temperature so it remains pinkish on inside.

Depends on what's going on.
Generally a solid seasoning, a sear, and a finish on/in lower heat... either a pan sauce, or a dripping gravy, or a mixture of both, with a bit of acidity to it. Oregano, rosemary, and thyme are pretty much guaranteed. Mint, caraway and chillies are nice too.
If I don't have time to be there, they are getting chopped and curried or stewed

I remember once my mother tried baking them, but they wouldn't cook well enough, and I basically ate an entire slightly unraw sheep all by myself that night.
