Isto é que é requeijão.
É parecido com queijo Fresco, mas com mais gordura e sabor.
O vosso parece-se mais com queijo amanteigado.

Brigadeiro is pretty fucking great, that's true.

Are you aware that cream cheese is extremely common around the world?
>>66828490
Not the solid variety, which is what is usually called requeijão. Here at least.
It makes for some pretty decent pies (cakes?), but I prefer the Queijo Fresco, personally.

Wait, is requeijão exclusive to Brazil?
>>66830269
yeap, like catupury too
>>66830301
Catupiry*

>>66830301
No, we have it too. Only the solid variety, though.
We have queijo Amanteigado that we spread instead, so that might be the same thing or is at least similar.
Brazilian and Portuguese cuisine shares many many links, even if most of it comes from different climates and available ingredients. We prefer Brazilian food to Spanish food, which should be a lot closer to us. And I know you guys love these.

Requeijão tastes like shit.
