This "illegal" vs. "undocumented" thing is the finest example of Murrikan hypocrisy.

They don't legalize free immigration for obvious reasons, but cuddle SOME people verbally, who break the law. Then they treat them as slaves and enjoy that they don't have the same rights as citizens and so they can be treated like trash.

Just like how Americans outlaw torture, require fair trial for everyone and put lots of "human rights" into law and act like they have the moral highground and they are better than everyone else.

But when it's convenient they can do whatever they like with foreign citizens. If you are American you have a right to fair trial. Unless, you will be brought to a lawless loophole place like Guantanamo, which is the embodiment of this weasel mentality. But if you are a foreigner, the CIA can pop you at any minute, anywhere in the world.
