I assume this game is older? When video games became popular there was a very strong anti-brutality lobby in Germany, many games where heavily censored or not allowed at all (doom for examample). This was like 15 years ago though. Tell me a game that was censored in the past 5 years.

Honestly, only video games are censored. Films have some bits of violence cut out when they're sent on TV, state-sponsored media is pressured to not critisize refugees too much and you should be careful about defending the nazis, but that's all.
Tits are okay to show on TV during the day in a non-sexual way and at night in a sexual way. Cursewords are perfectly fine, eg. Spongebob says "Scheisse" (shit) in one episode. Even nazi flags are okay to show on comedy programs.
