French tv channels that could be accessed from foreign countries.
I only know about france24 http://www.france24.com/fr/

What if i need to practice my French and wanna watch French TV streamings? French national channels do not allow me.

I found out that following sport streams is a good way to practice and familiarize with a language on a regular basis. Try to find French streams for sports you like. You can quite easily find stream for the French football, basketball and rugby leagues, and if you don't want to watch French leagues, you can still watch the CL, Euroleague and US sports on the BeIn channels.

We have TV channels that are just radio feeds from rural Pakistani villages where they talk about the weather and regional Vietnamese soccer matches + a lot more, it's pretty based, maybe you can find something like that and listen to a French one

TV5 should be accessible from anywhere and is the official channel of the francophonie organizations.

Usually they are just playing emissions from others frenchs, belgians, canadians and swiss channels.
