The content of teabags is quite literally dust, dust that falls off of actual leaves during the sorting process. It's not that much of an extra effort to drink the good stuff either, if I'm having a black tea I'll usually just add a teaspoon into a mug strainer and pour boiling water over it and wait a few minutes, you can resteep it too, so it's economical.

Steel cut oats are different from rolled oats in that they're not flattened, they're cut into pieces, they have a different texture and require a longer cooking time.
