Shit was spooky because the family and I were going to go visit my aunt who lives in wylie the same time the tornados were going to hit. The mass of the destruction occured by Zion Rd, the same place we were going to pass through. To think that if we would have gone through there that day the life of myself and my family would have mets its end.

I had always grown up knowing the threat of tornados, I never really feared them as a kid. I remember it was like 3rd grade when we were taught about the scale of tornado severity, F1. F2, F3, F4, F5. But when this one hit, it felt surreal knowing that if I had gone to my aunts house that day, I would have died.
