yep, that is the right one, without arms or legs. The northern part of the peninsula was called the land of serpents by the ancient greeks for a reason

It sounds to me like Brazilian Portuñol with Portugal's 's', but slower. It's way easier for me to understand that than current European Portuguese, so take your own conclusions.
But I don't know how countryside Northern Portuguese sounds like, so I may be very wrong at this, maybe they don't have that slavic-like pronounce.

It's closer to Brazilian Portuguese than Spanish, but further than Portuguese from Portugal. Also they speak a few words that I've absolutely no idea about what that means.
