A can of black olives or homemade boiled peanuts. Seldom potato/corn chips of some variety.

as for salt cravings, I don't usually crave salt, but I guess i would take a pinch of dip and ignore it.

i'm overweight by 15 lbs at 150lb, and the last time i had my craving was on saturday, when i had sea-salt potato chips with new england clam chowder and i most likely won't have another salt binge until thanksgiving.
i'm willing to bet your some 300 lb hamgalaxy that's projecting your own hatred for yourself every time you look in the mirror.

I don't eat because that's how you get ameri-- obese. 'till next meal
I usually wait. If really I can't wait and I'm at home I get myself a little bit of cheese, usually comté, or crackers. When outside, I might get a little bag of chips, but try to not finish it.
I used to be a fatty, so I'm pretty paranoid about snacks of any kind.

what's wrong with having a salty meal?
i don't like snacking so i just binge on salt. when i had my new england clam chowder, i watered it down. it was the only meal i had that day.

REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE; the post
Salt and vinegar chips or salted caramel ice cream. Very rare though. My current dinner consists of brocolli, asparagus, green beans, and a whole bunch of other vegetables most people find disgusting.
