I get a lot of German tourists.
The only noticeable thing they do (and not even that often) is dig little sand berms around them.
It's not a problem.
The tractors and bulldozers make easy work of them every morning and were building alot of sand berms along the length of the beach due to the high tides this time of year.

I live in a tourism heavy area (close to Cabo). I've to say that American are the worst. They have this superiority complex over Mexicans that more often than not will lead them to some trouble. But now, Americans make the bulk of the tourism here so I've yet to identify some other meaningful groups.

Chinese usually go by tours.
Germans are always old couples.
French are mostly young couples.

I went to Norfolk Island recently where it was an equal mix of middle aged Australian and New Zealand tourists
The New Zealanders seemed to be a bit more anxious and pushy, meanwhile the Australians were getting around like they owned the place (well, yeah, we do).

Americans are loud and obnoxious, you can spot them from a hundred meters asking (but really loudly, more like yelling) the waitress for a bigger portion. Also they don't fucking know how to walk, they always take the car or public transport (fat plus summer is a bad combination to be surrounded by on the bus, by the way) even if the place they need to go to is 1000m away.

Chinese are also loud and obnoxious but at least they keep it to shouting between themselves, they also don't shit on streets here, guess you need to have more money to come all the way over here so the subhumans don't come here. Brits are just animals. They swarm beaches looking like less fat but more inbred Americans. Literally subhuman.

Japs are always polite and educated, never seen anyone complain or give dirty looks to a Japanese tourist. Italians are round-eyed Japs except a bit louder (but less than I expected, probably because they are abroad).
