What's the most underrated language in terms of pure aesthetics and sound?
>>66226807
German
I met a German girl and told her that her language sounded harsh. She said it depends who's talking and then said something in a sexy way and I almost got boner in benis
cherokee

Arabic is a nice blend of hard sounds and soft sounds

Finnish, Tolkien based Elvish on it.
>>66227353
dont believe this sandigger. we have arab students in our uni and they sound fucking horrible.
>>66228179
Yes
>>66228185
Finnish words don't look neat.
Äänaja feeääsa hyötää ninena
H-hi...
>>66227515
the European one, not the huehue one
Finnish; sounds really nice to me
russian
>>66228237
None of those are Finnish words, also the letter F doesn't exist in Finnish
>>66226807
Latin
Finish looks like ass but it sounds cool
To be honest, German.
Not the hard dialects that sound like they're coughing up words, and have to clear their throats. Some dialects actually flow out very pleasantly. German sounds very structured.
I like Nahuatl. https://youtu.be/Jh2ibtFDObU
>>66228287
Of course they don't. I don't know Finnish. All i know is ruotsi, venilänen, ryssä mämmi etc. We were talking about aesthetics of the language.
>>66228240
I like Polish.
>>66228302
I love it when women speak german, it just sounds pretty with a feminine voice
>>66228335
T-thanks...
>>66228369
Post a vocaroo
>>66228335
Depends on the word I guess, I like the aesthetics of words like ikuinen, kaiku, kaira, halla etc.
>>66228298
>Latin
>underrated
eh
>>66228438
A lot of normies I know think that
>>66228472
that it's shit*
>>66228397
I guess it depends on the taste. For me German and Swedish have good aesthetics. Strict rules, consonant letter endings, Ö letter. Kinda interested in Finnish so as in Sami languages desu, but it's obviously not useful languages so i'd put 'em in the end of the list of languages i'd like to learn.
>>66228240
Polish looks like someone wrote the phonetics of a piece of beatbox

W Szczebrzeszynie chrząszcz brzmi w trzcinie
I Szczebrzeszyn z tego słynie.
Wół go pyta: "Panie chrząszczu,
Po co pan tak brzęczy w gąszczu?"
"Jak to - po co? To jest praca,
Każda praca się opłaca."
"A cóż za to pan dostaje?"
"Też pytanie! Wszystkie gaje,
Wszystkie trzciny po wsze czasy,
Łąki, pola oraz lasy,
Nawet rzeczki, nawet zdroje,
Wszystko to jest właśnie moje!"
Wół pomyślał: "Znakomicie,
Też rozpocznę takie życie."
Wrócił do dom i wesoło
Zaczął brzęczeć pod stodołą
Po wolemu, tęgim basem.
A tu Maciek szedł tymczasem.
Jak nie wrzaśnie: "Cóż to znaczy?
Czemu to się wół prożniaczy?!"
>>66228287
but it is right at the beginning, capital letter and all
>>66226807
Pirahã. They have no concept of numbers and only have "a little" and "a lot". So you can throw parking tickets in trash since nobody knows how much you owe in fines. Or just pay a little.

icelandic
>>66228638
What are you, casul? It's rhymed story for little kids :^)
Italian wins by far. Sounds great, you can omit the pronouns, and the grammar is easy.
I'll have to say Irish, although maybe not the sound, but it looks nice written
>>66228702
Is Italian really underrated? Normies can't shut up about how pretty it sounds, and how they're 1/8473 Italian.

>>66228820
you have a point. But I usually hear people on here and outside say french and japanese a lot more now.
If that is the case, my second case would be portuguese
>>66228883
Beat you.
>>66228680
>>66228997
Nice
Romanian and other niche Romance languages like Portuguese are underrated and pretty aesthetic. On the other hand, French is highly overrated.
English is fairly rated, IMO. It's more practical than aesthetic.

>english
>practical
Biased answer but Lithuanian.
Although, I doubt many would appreciate poems or folk songs since it's hard to comprehend for foreigners. :(
The opposite of Dutch
German. It's beautiful, rich and varied in a way that's hard to match by any other language.
>>66233459
I took A1 Lietuvas kalba in Tallinn University. I really enjoyed how the language functions. Lots in common with Latin and Greek in structure.
Russian can be very beautiful at times

I also really like old Swedish such as this

>>66226807
Slovene, of course
>>66234920
top tier lad right here, best ally.
did you have to read any poetry/folk stuff or did you guys stick with the basics?
>>66226807
Slovak. Ever heard it?
>>66234920
You might like Slavic languages because they share a lot of grammar.
