but he's right though. Even if the majority of native look "white" there are also a non-negligible amount of legit native who don't look "white", so its confusing as to what to think.

My last year teacher in highschool was from Andalucia in Spain and she had brown skin (not tanned but brown I mean) black eyes and black hairs. I won't say she wasn't european but no native ever in France look like that and even in the south. Usually if you look like that people will assume you are from north africa.
