yes you can because your dorsiflexors are in your anterior lower leg so when you are fluttering (and flexing your ankle) it can tire out and hurt those muscles. It's much worse when using flippers.

I hated it when we did a weightlifting unit. All the buff dudes were trying to show off and all I wanted to do was go play football.

I thought I hated it but it was only because my ankles were all fucked, now that they are fixed Its tolerable.

I loved all of it.
It was the only class where I consistently talked to people everyday.
I was always the new kid and a week late for school because of moving so much, so it was the only class where I wasn't forced to sit next to the weird quiet kids who had an available seat next to them in the front row.

I kind of liked all of it.
Worst was probably swimming, but a liberal school so all the girls wore bikinis
Got me flustered which made a few of them tease me, and purposefully try and get me blushy.
