How come Americans are too retarded to build houses that don't fall over when exposed to some wind?

You would think learning how to construct solid constructions would be cheaper than rebuilding an entire city every 10 years.

They built houses with wood instead of brick because they're much cheaper, so that when a tornado or hurricane comes by and destroys them, then it won't be expensive to build a new one.
