The majority of police in Canada are not violent but they are generally rude, officious assholes; at least the young ones are. Female cops in particular tend to be overbearing and rude because they're often fucking 5 feet tall, have something to prove and can't actually physically enforce the law without the use of a weapon.. I find the older cops are generally more pleasant because they weren't trained to treat everyone as a potential ISIS sleeper agent.
