When you go to Taipei everything you ever want is within walking distance. In Europe, you always need to get in a car to get anything. And everything closes after 6.
Most European cities don't even have a fucking subway for crying out loud. You need to take some shitty ass shaky bus with unpleasant brown people or stand congested in traffic for hours.

I studied history and even I wouldn't mind if we level most of the city to make room for this.
We have nice museums to remember stuff like this. We don't need open air ones.
