Losing weight is so fucking easy

Honestly if someone's fat by their choice and they're aware of it - fine. But there's just no excuse if you want to be slimmer.

You literally just have to not eat as much. You can eat exactly the same food, just work out how much less of it you can have per day. That's all it takes.

I don't even have lazy people, i don't hate fat people, but I hate either that try to delude themselves or others that there is some kind of difficult obstacle stopping them from such a basic task.
