this is very true

I wouldn't be able to clearly explain a lot of the korean that comes out of my mouth without resorting to weird analogies and explanations of feelings

for instance I might say, after saying what I'm up to on the phone: 그냥 있는데?
but it would be quite difficult to explain why

it's pretty cool once you realise a lot of the things you know, you know because you just know and your brain somehow processed the feelings of the expression (through exposure and practice) and learned to apply it in real situations

try to think with a very relaxed, flexible, korean mindset when learning korean, it'll be much easier
