How do you better handle the criticisms? I want to git gud but get a lot of anxiety when people critique me

Post your work and we'll see how well you can handle it.
Just keep doing it to thicken up your skin.

either your shit works, or it doesn't. it's really not about "you" when the day is done. focus on your fundamentals and learning to tell stories with your work. feedback let's you know if what you're doing is working or not.

Separate yourself from your work, and remember that an attack on your work is not an attack on you as a person (unless it is, but then its probably not a very useful critique)
Also, don't ask for critiques on /ic/. You're not gonna get much useful here.

Step 1- really want to get better
Step 2- find someone who's art-related opinion you respect
Step 3- ask them for help to get better based on your current work.
Step 4- listen to whatever they said
Not all criticism is created equal, and there's a difference between "that eye is too low, the mouth is too high, etc" and "based on your work, it looks like you need a more solid understanding of construction, these resources and these exercises will help you improve."
Once you've had enough constructive criticism from people who are really good at giving it, you'll start to figure out how to infer good crit from poorly phrased/thought out feedback.
