Have you ever made an attempt to sell a painting at a gallery, or are you just assuming it's impossible because a gallery didn't knock on your door and crown you the new Warhol because they saw a loldoodle you posted on Tumblr?

You know what's amazing? We're on the internet. This allows us to take it one step further and actually research interesting questions like these on our own. Perhaps it's even addressed in the sticky/q&a thread.

I have shitty "stylized art" art where I went to local monthly fair at the mall or some designated place that have reasonable rent and charge my "arts" for 10 bucks. People seems to like it and I did saw my drawings hung at their homes. Just don't be afraid to try and invest a little for the canvas.
