Amateur, try working on shading, not just red spots.
Don't make things look rushed or unrealistic, look at the whips girth, what is even going on with that.
work on backgrounds too, dont just finish off the main subject of the drawing and stick a funny colour in the back.
anatomy needs work too, make sure to draw skeletons, or construction to show where the characters are positioned, make sure it makes sense.
