Does using a cheaper cintiq alternative actually produce crappier results? As opposed to any type of tablet from wacom, does it produce inferior lineart/colors/etc ?

you can still cut your steak with a butter knife yes.

You can definitely produce the same results, it just feels a lot more annoying to use due to all the software and hardware issues. And sometimes when you get frustrated with the tool not doing what you want you tend to not push it as far compared to when your tool works just as you want it.

Yes. There is a distinct decline in line quality when I use the UGEE at work compared to my cintiq at home.

Don't be retarded. Based on your logic, the best works would all been created using the newest Cintiq pro HD.

Has better aspect ratio than the most recent ones

16:9 /16:10 was a mistake.

16:10 is still decent but 16:9 is such a normie media consumer bs. That said I think I Will still be buying a cintiq Pro 13 because there is nothing else in this category
3:2 is creator-core like the iPad pro

I guess is a LCD screen (with an external adapter use it as monitor)
glued on top to a wacom intuos of the same size of that screen (it can be a little different.calibration can help)
and finally some acrylic plastic protect the screen from pressure. (maybe some texture/protector foil)
any wacom pen can work even if is at 2cm far from the tablet. that's what does the trick. (all that is like 1cm)
the thing is that you need to find a cheap wacom tablet with a big active area.
The other way is finding a cheap old TABLETPC (laptop with wacom screen)
and use it as a 2nd monitor via VNC and sharing via LAN it's PCI wacom device.
A REAL PAIN IN THE ASS to make it work. but is another solution.
examples of laptop: Toshiba portage m200 (not ISP but TFT screen. good for drawing and lineart)
