This is the best way, go to quickposes or some place and draw the nudes from there, some of them are pretty good and no family will think it's weird.
Because how else are you going to understand the human anatomy if you don't draw nudes?

When I go outside I always take my 'safe' sketchbook with me its full of artistic nudes, trees and basic practice exercises, that way I can practice outdoors but also to show people who are curious without embarrassing myself.
