How is it unrealistic? Many people have one. It depends on fat and how your body is built. I have x legs but I'm underweight so my bones are just built like that and I barely have a gap because of my x legs, if I didn't have that it would be a lot bigger

It's based on hip width. You can arch your back or bend forwards to exaggerate it. Of course where your fat accumulates and how much fat you have will also impact whether or not you have one, but having wide enough hips is the most important factor.
