Are there detailed figurines like these, except with proper muscles, tendons etc. ?
Or perhaps any of you have these and would recommend them?
>>3054479
I was looking for a figurine with skin like this
>>3054483
they're not posable though http://www.anatomytools.com/male-figures-c6.php
>>3054479
Nah
Toys haven't gotten to that level of accuracy yet
Those are about as good as you're gonna get for a decent price if you want something that's posable
>>3054520
What brand is the one in the photo??
If you have messed with the figma how does it compare?
>>3054483
I have very special eyes
MY BRAND
Look for Phican figures, seamless rubber body that looks like muscule when you move it
I want to get one of their male bodies. Have figma archetype at the moment
>>3054637
*phicen

1000toys 1/6th scale synthetic human
1000toys>figuarts>figma imo
The figma's range of motion for poses is mediocre
The joints are kinda ugly and not ideal for reference drawing
>>3054618
There are none that I can think of
And even if there was the muscles would be drawn in fixed positions
But there are figures of varying size, price and quality with more muscle sculpted on them
>>3054479
Muscles, tendons, skin, fat, these are all soft bodies that flex, fold, and change position. It is ill-advised to rely on mannequins of any sort for that.
No poseable toy will have accurate anatomy. IMO a *much* more useful reference tool for artist would be a series of unposeable sculpts (or prints of 3d scans for that matter) in various poses that shows how the different body parts deforms accurately.
>>3054479
The only thing I've found even remotely similar to replicating real peoples bodies is this figure.
Just buy a real doll anon, do it for the art
>>3054479
Are these figures worth it or they too fragile?
>>3054694
A couple more questions please.
How much did you pay for the 1000 toy figure, and where did you buy it? I see wildly different prices and I'm worried about getting a knock off. That's what has stopped me from getting the figma archetype. They range in price from $12 to $60 on Amazon. I don't mind paying more but I want to known I'm getting the real deal.
>>3054837
That's a figure, I thought that was a naked person.
>>3054985
I own many Figmas and can confirm they're not very fragile, but still not worth it because they have manga proportions.
>>3055070
I bought it from the 1000toys website as a preorder
Including shipping it was 150
The one I have is 1/6th scale and probably has some crazy aftermarket prices
There's a 1/12th one that came out recently that should be around 50 bucks not including shipping but that's straight from a Japanese site
Might be a little more expensive from an American site
>>3054520
Based synthetic human.
>>3055070
You're shit out of luck for the synthetic human, I'm afraid. The original 1/6 now sells for over $300 used, and you just missed both runs of the arguably better-made 1/12 version.
Any Figma or SHF blank body listed for less than the $60 range is almost guaranteed to be a Chinese knockoff. Quality is appalling, don't even think about it.
>>3055452
Nah
Big bad toy store is still taking preorders for the 1/12th
>>3054479
these aren't even accurate why the fuck do they have chinese cartoon heads???
>>3055488
>Paying BBTS scalper prices
>BBTS international shipping if you don't happen to live in the US
No.
>>3054486
>625$ for a figurine
how about 3D printing it in local 3d print shop?
GODDAMN YOU STUPID FUCKING AUTISTIC RETARDS!
JUST TAKE PICTURES OF YOURSELF IN UNDERWEAR, IN THE POSES YOU WANT!
>>3055726
Dude
Are you ok?
>>3054479
I use 3D anatomy for the artist by Catfish Studios on Android. It's a fantastic atlas although not posable, for that I use another app.
>>3055726
I would but the only place I know of where I can find someone willing to hold the camera is craigslist and I'm super into not getting murdered.
>>3054483
You'd never get what you want out of an anatomically correct posable figure. Like, it seems like you want to see how the muscles are moving when posed, right? But a plastic figure won't have muscles flexing and relaxing accordingly. I think you'd do better to learn what muscles are there, study action poses, and correlate how muscles are reacting in those poses.
>>3054479
You're fooling yourself into thinking buying weeb shit will help your hobby.
Materialism is a poor habit for an artist to have, You're satiating your creative mojo by buying shit instead of making shit.
Sculpt a figure rather than buy one.
>>3056003
whoops, by hobby i mean desire to git gud.
>>3055973
You can find someone willing to hold your camera on amazon, just search "tripod"
>>3054483
>skin like this
>it has no skin
>>3055726
I never thought of that :) cool
Could I take a picture of you deep throating my 7.5" cock with my nuts on your chin?
