You have to fight it though. At some point you'll pick up the pencil, you don't want to feel miserable at the end of the day, do you.

If you know your art is shit and hate looking at it, that's great. Force yourself to keep at it and you might make it.

Keep in mind you don't have to show everything you draw to the public. Just create shitty things and improve through noting the mistakes you make, then you can start slowly showing your work once you feel like you've improved enough. If your work is good your low self-esteem won't still call it shit

This thing is common to everyone and if you let it unchecked it can eat you alive. I can safely say it's the #1 artist's struggle.

If you are clinically depressed, I recommend therapy. It's going to improve your life SO much I can't even describe it. You're going to feel reborn, and you're going to be capable of facing that fear that's keeping you from drawing.

One thing that can help you is drawing on really cheap paper. If you haven't made much of an investment on your supplies you're going to glaze over being wasteful. Let yourself fail and suspend judgement.
