Anyone else got a problem with photoshop losing pressure sensitivity when opening other apps? For instance if i open VLC media player or Photo Viewer and its so annoying. Is there any way to only enable it for Photoshop?

This
A subscription is only $10/month for Photoshop CC and Lightroom if you apply the 1 year contract. And we now have a 1 month free to those new to the Creative Cloud experience.

For me, it's not a problem with Photoshop, but with the Wacom drivers. If I use too much memory, the Wacom drivers tend to crap out.
It's easy to fix by simply exiting whatever program you're drawing in, and resetting the drivers in "services".
Not sure if that's the same problem you're having, though.

I dont think it is. For instance in the windows 10 photo editor that has a feature where u can draw on top of photos, it disables everytime i open the photo, and i cant use it in photoshop. But if i close the drawing dialog everything goes back to normal, until i hover over the picture again and pressure gets disabled.
So think im looking for some way to like put photoshop in first place to use the sensitivity.

Sounds like an issue with Windows 10, really.
Never had such a problem on Vista or 7.

Check your windows ink settings in your wacom drivers.
Set them off for all non-photoshop programs.

You do realize you can set up Wacom for individual programs, right?
At least I can, but I'm using Windows 7, and a nine year old Intuos 3.

Windows ink is hell on earth. Causes 90% of driver issues.
