Found these in the attick. Brand new. Looked on amazon and they go for like $20. Are they a solid choice for a complete beginner with colored pencils, or should I go for a set of Prismacolors?

This is really good to start with. Just worry about getting values and stuff down. When you feel limited by them you wanna get fabercastell polychromas those are the best. no need to stop in between at the prismacolors. theyre not much better than those cheap ones.
