not OP but i've thinking of pixiv and am also interested in this.
not to blend in but to talk to other artists. how intelligable is english->jap? other tongues?
I know it's a little weird for spanish but pretty reliable generally

Write in simple, straight forward English sentences. Most Japanese can read some English. It's been compulsory in elementary school for years. Just keep it brief and polite.
