or just make it up using construction and use reference.

What worked for me was to stop midway through a fapping session and start drawing those juicy poses instead. Porn is full of good refs with beautiful gesture and if you have hormones racing through your body, they'll tell you what looks appealing and what doesn't.
+ a paper full of studies at the end will make you feel better than a nut ever could.

find a niche that's small enough to not attract many artists, but big enough that there are enough people thirsrty enough to give some shitter money for some doodles.

The most helpful advice I read when I was learning how to write sex scenes, was to write what turns you on. Think of what you find erotic, and write it. I'm thinking it's similar with art. First draw what turns you on. Watch porn you like, and start doing some reference drawings like >>3024260.
